Here it is (3.0.8). Still in work in progress, I havent tested it much and I will be probably tweaking it until EBII 2.3 comes out, but it looks prety much I imagined it.

And set hotkey to switch ambient lighting on/off in Reshade menu. It makes texts on campaign map hard to read.

Impressive. I've never seen so many combatants in one battle in the M2TW engine. How did you playe this battle? You've commanded one army and left the other to the AI? How did it cope with helping you?

It was great. The largest battle I had in this campaign.

I commanded both, I gave reinforcements order to defend but they engaged anyway so I took defense role and kept them covered. It is hard to explain so I draw state-of-art tactic map

EDIT And I must say that battle meant nothing. Year later and they were there again, with another army besieging Tolosa and two 3/4 marching into northern provinces.

That's a bit worrying. How do you assess the number of battles / stack spam situation? I actually prefer to have less but decisive battles...

very hard has more army spam probably.
Then, as throngs of his enemies bore down upon him and one of his followers said, "They are making at thee, O King," "Who else, pray," said Antigonus, "should be their mark? But Demetrius will come to my aid." This was his hope to the last, and to the last he kept watching eagerly for his son; then a whole cloud of javelins were let fly at him and he fell.

It is Hard/Hard difficulty,I dont think Very hard has more armies. It is just unusuall situation. Sweboz were fighting there for years against Pritanoi , Arveni, and also against Aruernoi after they reemerged, then Pritanoi massacred my settlement so I captured western Gaul and invaded islands. Sweboz moved freed forces against Aruernoi and Aruernoi, destroyed one and pushed out another very quickly. Then they sent armies they had against 3 factions against me. I autoresolved initial smaller battles so they kept large portions of their armies, then I defeated their 10k men strong army but I killed only 2300 soldiers. I released prisoners as I'm not savage and ransom/enslavement has same outcome in large battle. Remaining soldiers get reinforcements and attacked again.

Im glad you liked it. I fought them again, this time in three separate battles, but last one was also nice 4500 vs 6300.

Was something changed with 2.3 making it so that pressing Print Screen produces .bmp screenshots in the main game folder? I used to have just .tga's getting created in the tga subfolder, now they're both getting taken when I press Print Screen. But I don't remember If I'd change some setting in previous install that disables the .bmp's from showing up, or if it's something new.

Here are a few shots from custom battles.

Oh damn them indeed! I hate errors like that. They ruin an otherwise awesome unit.

from a Multiplayer battle fought today (30k budget). They get messy so fast and its hard to capture decent shots with a good composition
