There's being unpopular with your neighbours and there's being Seleukids.
Last, best hope of the Western Hellenism. May the Hellenism survive the experience.

Quite a complex individual, would make a nice character study film full of contradiction, drama and a journey of self discovery through battle, conquest and leadership (I'd go for Joachim Phoenix)
One would assume given the state of the scroll bar on the right side of the screenshot that those were multiple screenshots refit as one image with paint or something like that,
It's combined from multiple shots. Older EB2 characters won't fit on a single screenshot with all their traits.
Edit:
Like a fine wine, Genuos gets better with age:

Just compare their pathetic Asian-esque (racist!) conic hats with the proud, unapologetic bold Celtiberian Galactus helmets. Clearly, the style of headwear tells everything one need to know about a culture.
Meet the new boss. Same as the old bosses.
Running the Koinon Apeirotan is a thankless job. No matter what you do you're going to forever live in the shadow of Pyrrhos and Genuos. You need to establish yourself as a leader fast, so when the allies ask for help you're not in a position to drag your feet.
Thus, Hellenism finally came to Iberia and everyone rejoiced!

Except for Celtiberians. Being faced with the combined Carthage-Apeirotan locust on all fronts can ruin one's day.

Around 2250ish years too soon for that.
I see those people are in dire need of either Eastern Imperial or Hellenic Polities!

Baktrian mountains. These gauls traveled FAR.
Perhaps on their way to and from the Tarim Basin?

Correct me if I'm wrong but in the M2TW engine if the requirements for a building whether building browser-related or script-related fail then the construction timer won't tick down. I noticed this in my Lugian campaign when trying to build a Sarmatian Enclave once Samartia reached 10 provinces. The very next turn Bosphorus rebelled and Sarmatia was downgraded to 9 provinces. As a result, the Sarmatian Enclave building wouldn't progress... In either case, hope you get the reforms m8. That plus the Thorakitai Reforms mean you can train 3 different super-heavy cavalry - Parthian Cataphracts, Hellenistic Cataphracts, and Iranian Heavy Cavalry
