This has certainly been a long time coming and a delight to play. So far I haven't run into any issues despite this being a beta release. I opted to go for something non-Greek as I've had my fill of that due to Rome 2's focus.

Not sure though if Pritanoi was the best faction choice, since they start so far off from many other factions.

Areuakoi and Getai are the barbarian factions with the most interesting starting positions, imo.

The good thing about Let's Play videos is that we the team can learn better what your response to the game is while also keeping an eye out for things that need to be fixed.

Think of it like proof-reading. You really need someone to go over your text a second or third time as you are liable to miss things.

About the reinforcements delayed thing in the second battle:
If your pc can handle it, and it should, you can edit the preference file in your MTW2 folder.
It used to be possible by simply turning UNLIMITED_MEN_ON_BATTLEFIELD to 1.

My preference file is located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Medieval II Total War\mods\EBII

For non steam users it should be something like:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Sega\Medieval II Total War\mods\EBII


The file is called EB.cfg open it with notepad and change:
unlimited_men_on_battlefield = 0

into:
unlimited_men_on_battlefield = 0

What it does is allow enemy and friendly reinforcements to join the battle, no matter how large the initiaol 2 armies are.

You might want to set your configuration file to read only, if changes made to it tend to disappear.

Good news you won't have to replay your campaign! If need to tweak battles because they take too long go into mods/EBII/data/battle_config.xml, search this line: combat-balancing. Tweak 0.22 valor to whatever you like. I made a test dacian falxman vs camilian hastati with EB2 settings it takes around 8:30 min for the romans to flee, with 1.0 battle is 6 minutes shorter.
