play Third Age and Stainless Steel with Medieval 2 installed once

I recently installed Third Age again after not playing ME2 for a long time and I noticed it is installed in a /mods part of the Medieval 2 map. Can I install Stainless Steel on the same location and switch between playing TA and SS or do I need a fully clean install of ME2+kingdoms?

i am pretty sure you can. they install in the /mod folder because that folder is supposed to attain many mods, if you go check it, there is the "americas, teutonic, britannia and crusader" mods there too.

Yep. Just install there, they have their own mod maps.
