Default how to restrict unit recruitment?

specifically, how do I limit say a principes to being created in a region? I have tried this two different ways: In the land (or main) units table, there is an additional building requirement tab. But when I put a building in there, it doesn't change anything; I'm still able to recruit the unit with the base requirement. I even went to building unit allowed table, and put in there the additional building requirement, but it doesn't seem to matter.

I also wanted to go about this in a different way; restrict unit recruitment in a region until a specific cultural percentage was reached. Is this possible?

from another tread on the same topic i just replied to -"you would have to create new Auxiliary places in the ESF for just thos regions you can do it atm via the same provinces that the Romans use but thos are kind of patchy in places so you could take say crete and would be able to recruit spartans becasue it would use the Hellas province"

I'm unable to add AOR using assembly kit. If anyone is successful please let me know. BoB refuses to generate successfully.

Currently all I know it has to be created manually (like we did in R2TR).

I've been able to successfully change regions that are tied to unit resources, however like you, I have been unable to add new resources. One way to get around it is to reuse existing unit resources. The following resources are unused in the main campaign:

    Auxilia_Roman
    Auxilia_Thracia
    Auxilia_Saka
    Auxilia_Caucasia
    Auxilia_Bosporus
    Auxilia_local_Macedonia
    CiG_Regional_Briton
    CiG_Regional_German
    CiG_Regional_Roman
    CiG_Regional_Celtic
    CiG_Regional_Greek

Note that the resources with a CiG prefix are used in the Ceasar in Gaul campaign.
