The game sents me back to the main menu of the game

I press start after i have selected Gondor vh\vh and then the game sent back to the main menu of the game,try to play fellowship and works fine

i have try it with the 3.1 and without

any help?

p.s

i neede to reinstall the game after a failed campaign with leo 4.7,but i have it removed straight away and reinstall it again and again,always the same problem occured

any help guys?

Either delete map.rwm file, or, if your M2TW is a non steam version, then check the VirtualStore for M2TW folder and delete it if you find it there.

VirtualStore is a little bit tricky, follow first three steps located here in first post ( Take Ownership of your main M2TW folder, or, edit Security for your main M2TW folder. I have deleted the map.rwm file,but the problem remains,i ll try to do the virtual store thing

I have done the thing with security,with my processor it ook only 1 minute to complete it,then i went to virtual stone and deleted anything i had in there,launc the game and is playble now

But should do anything else?i remember i had install the gigantus fixer about ai reinforcements,any proposal is welcome in order to have even more stable third age without ctd or unknown problems will lead my in the desktop

I do not recall any other possible fix than these two for vanilla TATW 3.2.

These fixes are for vanilla TATW 3.2 only, so no, they are not outdated.
