Problem
I'm trying to install the 1.3 patch after I uninstalled RTW, but it won't install because it says that access is denied to the file C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome-Total War\data\credda6.rra
Now I tried to reinstall again, but the problem is still there. I tried looking for it, but I can't find it, and I don't think it was ever there.
Can anybody help? I'm download a new 1.3 patch to see if it has to do with that.

You cannot INSTALL a patch for a game you have UNINSTALLED. The patch sees no game and will not work.

Please? Anyone? I'm desperate. I've tried everything (well, almost). I've done a regcleaner, I've tried installing BI instead of patching it (it still has the same result). I'm going to install it on my other computer to see if the problem is my actual computer. And I might try system restore. I hope that will work
