    Default Tut for 0 or 1 turn recruit,build,research and money mods?

    Hi ppl, I had a question, can anyone teach me , by using pack file manager. Which or where should i go to edit 0 or 1 recruit,build,research and faction money( every turn).

    building levels tables, main units, tech levels and faction monies is in campaign rules or something like that

    is it the create time? If it is, I tried, nothing works. For the player advantage not cpu.
