Default Combining history lessons with TW

    Hello all

For history lessons, we have to do something about important things that happened during the discovery of The New World (note: shouldn't be the actual discovery of the New World itself). We were forced to choose (last in line, you know) The fall of Granada. My teacher finds it really important to do something 'creative'. I saw the new demo was released? So, what do you think how I should do this best? (I'm not actually asking to make my homework). Does anyone have an idea if this historical battle (I assume it actually is a battle) will be playable in the full version? I think saving the replay of the battle on tape will be the best. What are your thoughts about this?

I once made a movie with the R:TW movie maker about Thermopylae. If you search Google Video on Thermopylae you can't miss it. I used that movie in a lesson once, but the history teacher just couldn't believe this was a videogame. He was so suprised he didn't know what to think, but hell yeah it was damn creative. I'm still saving that video for the right moment when i'm studying history .

Just watched it. Pretty cool, but a pity that RTW won't allow a proper fight in a mountain pass.

Looks to me like M2TW will make that more feasible.

I hated the flatness of the fights in Rome. Most of battles would turn out so similar because there were hardly any high ground or other advantages to be used.

Damn straight. Can't wait to besiege a citadel atop a big mountain. Better than besieging a city surrounded by vast plains....in Greece. -_-
