The current version of DeI is compatible with patch 14 but the DLC DoM is not included in the mod and wont be. I think there are some users on the other hand preparing a submod for those who want the units from DoM. The devs of DeI might only use the DLC for its models and textures.

will they add their own cataphract camels when they dont use the units but the models and textures? i like them alot, exotic but thats great.

That I do not know. The catapract camels is from BoW and I have no idea if the devs are going to use anything from that DLC.
