Where to edit civil war triggers?
Anyone know where to edit the civil war triggers, specifically to up the imperium required? I had a civil war as Rome when I had only taken italy, 2 provinces in spain, and carthage/thaspus. Seems a little soon to me I'd like to edit it so I feel like more of a proper empire before I have to deal with civil war.
