    Default no last military report

    hey did anyone found a solution for the "no last military report" problem?
    cause i have now the same bug. I already installed (copy) a working version (1.6.1) from a friend of mine but no chance. On his computer the version is running fine but at my computer its still not.
    So what do i have to do?
    What targets must be fulfilled to get the military report?
