Default Editing Unit stats in PFM

So for the past 8 hours I have dealt with PFM 3.2 and have not been able to edit unit stats. I have tried everything, and looked everywhere. I have even created a new unit! The unit is in the game, and I can play with it.. However it has NONE of the changes I made to its stats, weapons, name etc. Its basically the unit I copied it from. I have also tried the assembly kit, but alas, it crashes my game on startup.

I have tried every tutorial on the planet and can't find a thread that gives me a solution. This has been really frustrating and I would appreciate any help.

If im posting in the wrong place or this has already been answered somewhere else, please point me in that direction. Thanks.

Have you checked out "how to create a unit guide" and I think a example or a picture of the editing would help?

Yes, that is the tutorial I used.
As you can see, 633 is my unit. The unit appears in game. However..

When I edit the unit's stats (morale, classification, attack, def, etc), or appearance (or any unit for that matter), It wont appear in game, and I get no error messages or anything like that.

you need to rename the Land_Units table and only have that unit in there

Have You tried to make it a clean table? as in rename the table into Cos_land_unit, so there are only that unit clean?
For if you just flat out copy it form a different unit, as in rom_hastities (or what ever), and still change the necessary tables, those numbers should not really matter.
That made me think, Have you made a VariantMeshdefinition for the unit? or?
Becouse those numbers don't really matter that much? and you still add the unit_variant?
Hmm and can other mods be the reason.... no.

It took me 5 tries to get it right, Copy a unit you like and edit it, the way you like it ALL THE WAY! until you get the hang of it.
