Converting Youtube videos to .bik

Hey, so I created a cinematic into and have uploaded it to youtube. Is there free software out there which I can use to convert it to a .bik so I can make it the mod's intro?

You must first download it from youtube.There are many programs which can do it.Like this.Download it,download the video,and then I'll see what I can do

Youtube uses lossy codecs, meaning information (detail) is thrown away and (in principle) unrecoverable. If you have the original raw video source(s), you'll get (much?) better quality results from transcoding the source than from using the youtube video.

Is there some kind of program to generate voices?
What i mean is to type a sentense and the program reading it and recording it

RAD Game Tools is a wonderful tool to convert movie or music to BIK format.

For these people who want to convert BIK files to other video or audio formats like MP4, AVI, WMV, MOV, MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC and so on, personally recommend this Bik tool.
