    Default Formed Attack Bonuses Modding

    Is it possible to modify the bonuses and negatives a unit receives with formation attack on? What stats can be tweaked?

    I looked, but the only thing I could find was a bonus to melee defence (and nothing about morale, charge, attack, etc), which in the vanilla game was set to 0. Is there any other stat changes formation attack gives?

    check in _kv_rules. I think there is some lines that change some stuff up

    melee_defence_formed_attack_bonus
    melee_formed_charge_matched_combat_percentage
    melee_formed_vs_formed_matched_combat_percentage
    melee_formed_vs_free_matched_combat_percentage

    These are in the _kv_rules_tables

    These are in the _kv_rules_tables
    Yeah I saw those - they just change the percentage of the animation types (so a unit with formed attack on won't go on long fancy animations as much, staying in formation better). Well, aside from melee_defence_formed_attack_bonus, of course.

    percentages are working, but melee defense bonus most likely is not used (enabled). I tried setting some value in, but i dont see any significant change in my tests...

    i think that at this point, the best solution is to give such units added defense and offense bonus to their stats.. until CA finally does something about this..
