I know they will only have a tiny silver, but why not include them, historically they would've had some provinces there instead of Arachosia and Oria

If not, then why not the city of Takshashilla like EB 2 did.

our currently problem with india is - no india on rome 2 map! Atm its not sure, how we implement indian units, another possible way would be AOR units for Bactria and other regions on the south east border of the map.

Hmmm, that sucks though, i wonder how they made map mods into korea for shogun 2? Perhaps you could use the same thing?
