Replace faction problem

Hello,I have a problem with a faction.I follow so much tutorials but still have the problem,I will explain:

I was trying to make a new faction (Serbia) replacing a protectorate (louisiana) and making Serbia an emergent faction.

Well I make all changes possibles but I have a problem,France still appears like a patron of Serbia.

I change scripting.lua to erase protectorates,so now this factions don't appear.I make the necessary changes in localisation.loc to change the luisiana faction to serbia faction (replacing the names),I change the emergent faction in serbia region,so now Serbia (old louisiana) will appear in this region,I make the same with the names,military group,religion and all that I modified in factions table.In startpos I modify the family,religion and characters,and the diplomacy,erasing the patron and protectorate,making neutral....All works,I have a rebellion in this region,the new faction emerges,Serbia appears like a new faction...but still appears the flag owned from France.

Anyone could help me? I don't know where could be the problem I try to many things but nothing.What I could make wrong?
