Can't Install; can't create a file during installation.

Whenever I run the TATW part 1 of 2.exe it always stops at 3% telling me it can't create the following file: "...(mod install path into m2tw mod folder)\data\blockset\north_european\animations\tower_castle_animations\castle_large_stone_tower_animations\large_castle_12_square_arrow_tower_animation_a.$$A"
I'm downloading the .exe's and the patches from torrents because my internet is abysmally slow and always messes up large file downloads.
I've redownloaded the .exe's 3 times now and it always messes up on this part. I've restarted my computer several times, done with other programs running, done with no other programs running, everything I can think of.
Anyone know what's wrong?

It means corrupt download.. Do you have someone else with a better connection to download it for you? That could do it..

Unfortunately no, just moved a few weeks back and the internet isn't too great in this area in general. Do you know if there are any other torrents for it aside from the one on TPB?
