CTD at Turn 40, Denmark

So after clicking the 'end turn button' on turn 39 and advancing to turn 40, it crashed. And now that I try to load that file it just crashes (I have an autosave and a quicksave)

I'm playing the Early Era and can't remember on whose turn it crashed because I wasn't looking. I'll try to play up to that point again from an earlier save now, so will come back with that information soon hopefully.

EDIT- Played up to the same turn, this time it didn't crash.
