Complete Research

Hey all,

All I want to do is to be able to have something I'm currently researching complete right away. Is there a console command for that? For instance, as Rome, I only like using Legionary Cohorts so I usually rush to research that last military technology. I just didn't want to wait around for another 30 some odd turns, so I wanted to complete it right away. Can I do that without a bunch of editing of files?
