Mid-Level Armenian Units 'restricted for prologue'

I've built the Infantry Tent building which should allow me to build decent swordsmen for Armenia. But when I go to recruit them it says that it is restricted for prologue. Do I need to wait for some reforms, or is my game bugged? There is no unit upgrade tech, and I'm using Meekatology submod if that makes a difference.

You need to wait for reforms.

I have changed the text to reflect that.

Dresden, in the reforms guide Armenia is not even mentioned.
How long does one need to wait? What are the triggers?

You have to wait for "Global Reforms" of the Hellenic Faction. This happens at Turn 50 for Thureos Reforms (you get access to pikemen at this moment) and 120 (or further, i forgot) for Thorax Reforms, where you will get Access to your Uber-Legionaries ^^
