Architecture of the Ancient Cities
First off, great job guys!!! This mod is looking great and I am awaiting your next beta with baited breath!
Do you have any plans of integrating historically accurate architecture appropriate to specific cities and civilizations, such as the walls and gates of Babylon, the pyramids outside of Memphis, etc.?

We do in fact, yes! Though it's not my special area, I can say that Babylon at least will have its own, special, walls.

Re: Architecture of the Ancient Cities
Thanks for kind words!
Only could say that for now we are counting Walls of Babylon as Minor wonder, so its unique building for city of Babylon (in fact walls lvl5 will be restricted and only this city will have it from start). Any plans for modelling walls/gates/pyramids/etc. are unknown to me and not figuring at our developers' forums, so maybe only in minds. Probably some of items of our wonder list will be modelled.
So what is Minor wonder? In my concept of game wonders for RoP it is 2 general categories: Great(or Major) and Minor. Rome TW, as game, have wonders' quantity restricted to 7, its 3d models on strategic map - they go to Great category. Because its limited in quantity and room (space) at map, there is Minor category, that holds 2nd part of wonders. Generally to it are placed all wonders that was in city, not somewhere around. So Walls of Babylon are one of it. Same could be with Gates and other interesting buildings. Wont reveal them, it should be surprize. =)
If somebody already developed this concept I apologise. Also if not, please credit me as creator of it - because I dont like when somebody says that invented it, while it was work of other man.

Sounds great! I now have this vision of my Pharoh's chariot rolling through the gates of Babylon over the bodies of slain babylonian soldiers...taking in the grandeur of the hanging gardens and ziggaurat.

That'll be tricky though - Kemet doesn't exactly start off with the most powerful military, while Babylon is extremely well organised.

That's okay...slowly build up those forces and wait for Persia to weaken Babylon.
Hey, we have to avenge the Pharoh's honor after the humiliation at Carchemish.
