Simply idea that can make battles and general abilities more immersive

I just thought of this idea

You know when you use a generals ability you get this sound almost sounding like a bell or drum. What if this could be replaced with a voice saying a word or two. Each ability could have a unique line; brace for example could have the line HOLD!!! while battle rythm could have PUSH!!!! Rally could have "Rally to me". Fact is you wouldn't need a voice actor all these lines are from the following movies: braveheart, 300 and Return of the King. I think this addition would make battles more immersive, and would really give you this feeling of the general shouting commands to the men...

Do you think this would be possible?

It would undoubtedly cause problems related to fair use of copyrighted material in some country, and all it takes is one before some trigger-happy lawyer comes down on the mod team like a ton of bricks.

I am thinking that it's just a word or two, but even then the material wouldn't replacing the original work and therefore it isn't copyright infringment. How do you think the developers of Thrid age Total War were able to include clips of the movies as cut scenes in the game? The mere inclusion of the scenes isn't replacing the movies, if you want to watch the movies the game can't help you, so there it isn't infringment either...
