    Default Public orders for armies

I saw an interesting post, from Merlinthehappypig, in the totalwarforum. Is something like this doable?
"I was playing rome 2 and i came up with an interesting idea. What if, like the cities, there was public order of armies?
High public order results in bonuses and a moral boost, and low public order results in very low moral, unit desertion, or even army rebellion.
victories greatly increase public order, defeats greatly decreased it.
having the general who founded the army greatly increases public order
changing general in an experienced army decreases public order, especially when the army is being lead by a general from a different political party than the founder/long-time commander.
    ect.
And, the prestige of armies effects your gravitas, like Caesar and the 13th legion.
and new traits like "low born: decreases army moral by 10% "Only proper b*stards can climb so high without blue blood"
I know it is too late for anything big to be implemented into the game, but i thought it was an interesting idea."

That is an interesting idea. We are limited by some of the effects we can do, although scripting might be able to handle some of those ideas. I would be worried about scripting too much because each scripting addition slows down the game, especially for the lower end machines.

And it would be cool if the PO of your army affected whether they stay with you on civil wars or join the rebels.

Well unfortunately the civil war mechanic just bursts out a whole new set of armies from nowhere.

Yes, thats very sad. I liked the method of some Rome 1 mods based on loyality. If the loyality of a general became too low, he revolted. And if the empire growed, it reached a point, were loyality dropped heavily almost everywhere. This way you could have smaller and bigger revolts aka usurpations anytime everywhere. Pretty much like in roman history.

CAs new way of civil war is just unimaginative.

I would like to turn off their civil war mechanic and possibly make an entirely new scripted one that would use existing generals. I have no idea if it is possible but its something I want to do
