    Default Did you guys stop reducing population growth?

    Where is this change in the campaign variables? Pop surplus really needs to be reduced more!

    The level each region has to get to for a new pop point has been increased (a long time ago). That hasn't changed. All growth bonuses have been halved as well. Perhaps we need to go further and make the threshold even higher.
