do all units recruit in 1 turn? or is it like past total war games where the better units take 2 or more turns to recruit?

Yes, all recruit in 1 turn, however the replenishment rate is lower as the unit improves in quality. Regardless of how many turns a unit takes to recruit, it is the replenishment rate that actually matters. For example, there is no difference between UNIT A that take 5 turns to replenish and 1 turn to recruit, and UNIT B that takes 4 turns to replenish and 2 turns to recruit; both are 6 turn cycles.

Another good observation: Cao Cao is no longer willing to sell me provinces for obscene amounts of tribute over turns, so I can't exploit the AI anymore. Random bug report: I got "Magistrate of Xincheng" on a character despite not controlling such a city. I took An Feng, and the general which took it got both Xincheng and An Feng ancillaries.

A tech problem here. I got the mod downloaded and can play, but the window doesn't cover the whole screen, like it is a window. How do I change this to play in full screen? Thanks.
An envious AI?
Post a regular error report, please.
Solution
Ahh thank you! It works for me now. Very quick response too.
A beautiful mod, gorgeous map and great units, I'm just playing for the first time now but must admit its very impressive. Thanks guys

Sorry for double post, but this is a separate issue and not related to the solution provided above. Is there a reason why treasure ancillaries were made to not be transferable? Just wondering if this was a game design, otherwise, I plan on changing the treasure items to be transferable...
Hanjia was the other one, so you missed one. I did say "three" in my above post. Besides, it is fixed for the upcoming patch.
Aww, thanks. That means a lot to me. And it's coder, not scripter.Issue was a minor slip up by a lazy scripter copy pasting.![]()
Lore. Aside from the Seven Star Sword, Map of Western Shu, and Red Hare, when were treasured items/weapons/etc given away? Either they were stolen or taken via plunder and almost always stayed with the owner for their entire life.

Hm, good point. I like it. I will edit my previous post file with the hanjia change.
I actually wrote 'coder' at first, but then I changed it because as a developer, that argument between coder/scripter is an... ongoing one.

Any reason why this mod is not in the front page? it deserves to be on the front page forever :<
I'll have to check with the content guys, I gave them notice of the release. Maybe some back log with outstanding publishing?
Edit: they must have seen you post and got scared -it's up now. Or here if you don't access to the first link.
any clue why my game plays in a windowed mode? regular med opens up in normal full screen but this one makes a window but without the actual like bordered box like a normal window.
Congratulations - I used to play this mod in the beta phase, but I lost it in a hard drive crash and never reloaded. I'm downloading right now! I imagine this will be much improved over the beta! Thanks for creating this mod, it's encouraged me to learn about ancient/medieval Chinese history...
