Does anyone know why Massilia has so few garrison units.

Does anyone know why the Massilia faction has so few garrison units. It only gets one from its level 1 major main city building and after upgrading to level 2 it only has 2. Why is it not getting the other garrison units other Greek factions get from those buildings? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sorted it, Massilia did have two of the main units which make up the faction assigned to it, mainly the militia hoplites and Greek mob, after adding them they got a bigger garrison
