Could somebody provide the list of effects of the garrison and patrol stance?

Garrison:
Army stops consuming the region's food.
General and soldiers gain experience.
Public order reduction from the troops.
Public order increase and economic bonuses from generals abilities.

Patrol:
Increase in public order.
Decrease in combat effectiveness of army. Less morale??

Do I got them right? Are there other effects? Thanks.
