Is it normal that only a few men are in the garrison troups at the start of a new campaign?
In the cities are 12 garrison troups, which all start around with 75/160 men, 97/160 men
Is this intention??

afaik that's normal, see this in every new campaign I start, even in Vanilla.Similiar behavior when you concer a city. I'll take several rounds until the garrison has its full strength.
Hi. I have a other question about garrison and some advice would be nice.
If i fight an enemy garrison because i want to capture a town city/town. Is it wise to hunt down the routing enemy-units? I know, it is good for my troops gaining experience and i take prisoners. But will it also reduce the amount of garrison-units i have after i captured the city?
I think the garrison is completely annihilated and replaced if you capture it, but I never checked if the numbers were higher or lower if you had left some garrison units alive in the battle which led to the conquest.
In the main campaign most garrisons should start almost at full, but not all (at campaign start). The mini-campaigns they have to grow after the start.
AI garrisons get some sort of replenishment help so yes you want to wipe them out but they may pop back up to a decent size next turn. Once you take over a city you will have to replenish your own garrison units, you don't use the AI's old ones.
