Suggestion for the public order system
hey, i played a little DeI and i seem to notice that the public order system is really.......strange. i mean, most factions arent nomads or something (except the nomads), i mean, rome didnt simply go, attack, leave, go, attack, leave. A suggestion to fix this problem is to add a + public order to the fortified stance, this would not only encourage "strategic" placement of the armies BUT also will make the pace of the game less....nomad-y, lacking a better word to use

The player would know that but how does the AI fare?
Ive seen AI fortify on enemy territory, so the public order would not apply.

I would think from the PO bonus the AI gets it wouldn't matter if it could effectively learn how to use this, but it would still be giving the player a good domestic uses for their army stacks.
