Just a minor problem (balance issue) which you might not be aware of but which I hope you'll get round to dealing with when you do the balancing stuff for 1.0

The Athenai Phalangitai (which requires lvl III barracks) costs drastically more in both upkeep and recruitment cost than the regular Phalangitai (which I think becomes unlocked after reforms + lvl II barracks). This is despite the fact that it has equal to or weaker stats in every department.
