Default Problems when trying to run in admin mode

Hello everyone, just looking for a bit of help with an issue I'm experiencing.

Basically, I've installed the mod, up to the 3.2 version. I am using a retail bought copy of Medieval II: Gold fully updated to the latest standard. The installation of the mod itself went fine and I can launch it, I've also played a few custom battles. The issue I'm experiencing is that it's incredibly unstable, with constant CTDs. I have played this mod before, a few months ago, and I remember I had the same issue. I fixed it then by running the game as an administrator. So I tried to do that now but when I do it the game fails to launch with the message "windows cannot find kingdoms.exe".

This doesn't happen if I don't run it as admin but then the game CTDs to the point of being unplayable. So any help on fixing it is hugely appreciated!

I'm running the game on a Windows 7 PC, with my OS installed on C: Drive, which is an SSD. My Medieval II installation is below:

    "E:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\Third_Age_3

Medieval II itself works fine, played it a bunch. As do other mods like Stainless Steel 6.4, which I've never CTD in. I really want to play Third Age again so any advice would help me a lot, thank you.

Before running in an Admin mode, what was happening with TATW: did battles CTD, if they did, were there any reinforcements on either side? Did it CTD while on your campaign map?

Maybe doing a Clean Boot would fix the issue: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/331796

Or, you can uninstall/reinstall M2TW plus your mods anywhere else on your PC, just not in your Program Files or Program Files(x86) folder.

    Maybe in E: Game.

Sons of *******, leave that poor, war torn country in peace.
If you are a citizen of one of these countries, then DO NOT ask any help from me on these forums, since, in protest against this aggression by your governments, I do not provide assistance/help anymore.
Let Syria be finally in peace.

The CTDs seemed pretty random. Yet they usually happened when I tried to start a campaign or launch a battle.

Funnily enough though, I have turned off Daylight Saving Time on my PC and I don't want to speak too soon but I think this has really helped. I tested it last night for half an hour and I didn't have a single CTD and can finally start a campaign. I shall do more testing and report back here if that's okay.
