Ok so I'm playing as epirus and I can't build the Perioikos camp, only the barracks and as such I'm limited from those units, is this intended or a bug? No archers?

the camps was removed with 0.9 because the units from there are moved to the AOR system so for archers you should counqer Crete or Sardina right now. Im nott sure that it was planned to make the skirmisher units Aor but i think it is historical also because it was less that you had professional archers in greece at that time exept the one from Crete.

Some units got messed up last time and they were not moved from perioikos camp to regular barracks. This will be fixed in 0.95 update
