Unpacked Portraits?

I wanted to create a small mod that replaces the Princess's portraits. However, I can't get the unpacker to work at all. I keep getting an error message whenever I try to unpack anything. Is there any way that I could download the vanilla portraits of all the princesses and work with them, without actually unpacking them? I didn't see anything on this site at all. I apologize if this is against the rules.....but since it's not warez I didn't think asking this question would be. I'm not sure what else to do.

I think that is counts as against the rules. I'm sure someone can help you with you error though.

Which unpacker are you using?

I've got Kingdoms. I keep getting an error "The program can't start because MSVCP71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program." Yeah, I'm not going to do that. I have the physical copy and it takes forever to install, and then to install Kingdoms on top of that! Ugh. I actually JUST want to unpack the portraits. Nothing else.
