CoW Error! Please Help!

I've been playing CoW for about a week now and it's an amazing mod, but when I tried to play it today it had the error which seems quite common where it doesn't start and an alert pops up saying "Kingdoms.exe cant be found" or something along the lines like that, This error only showed up after my M2TW was automatically updated on steam, this update seems to have gotten rid of kingdoms and instead made kingdoms apart of M2TW and not a separate game on steam. I've reinstalled the game and everything but still same error keeps poping up on start-up of CoW. So Please can you help me?! I really love this mod and I was having a great time with it.
