What pack do I need to edit to get faster reforms? Couse there are 5 dei packs plus dei update pack.

Do I need to edit all of them???

you mean steam version ? Because the twc version is only one pack so that should solve your problem here

Why I cant save the changes??? The option is grayed out. only save as is available

click on another table after you have edited the reform times in the lua file. The save option should be available then.
