Default Borders on strategic map ?

    Hello,
How do I get rid of the black lines as rome/other lines as any faction ?
I want it just to be a map of the colour red for the romans. I'm playing via steam.

    Please Help.

    Thank you in advance,
    Sharkeyyyy

Go to the campain folder you wish to play eg. RS2 > Play_Rome > Data > Descr_sm_factions and then change the secondary_colour to the same as the the primary colour the whole way down.

    Change:
    faction romans_brutii, shadowed_by thrace ;Romans
    culture roman
    symbol models_strat/symbol_brutii.CAS
    rebel_symbol models_strat/symbol_slaves.CAS
    primary_colour red 135, green 20, blue 20
    secondary_colour red 0, green 0, blue 0

    To:
    faction romans_brutii, shadowed_by thrace ;Romans
    culture roman
    symbol models_strat/symbol_brutii.CAS
    rebel_symbol models_strat/symbol_slaves.CAS
    primary_colour red 135, green 20, blue 20
    secondary_colour red 135, green 20, blue 20

And then continue doing the same throughout the whole file (about 20 times).

Isn't this a feature of game or has to be done manually every single time? I've had the issue only on my Carthage campaigns :/

In main data folder is a folder: " _IMPORTANT_STUFF".
There you find two other folders, Region_borders_visible and Region_borders_not_visible.
Just pick from there your campaigns descr_sm_factions text file and replace it in your Play_Anything... data folder.
It's reversible and saved game compatible, just delete the map.rwm when you launch the game...
    Enjoy
