i ve read somewhere that there ll be these two factions too in the game. I wonder if they will appear only after a couple of hundreds of turns or will it be possible to start a compaign with them ? And by the way, i ve not seen any screenshots of these factions ? any links please

That maya thing is a rumor, I think. The aztecs are a non playable faction that represent the inhabitants of the new world, which comes accessible at the end of the game. All the info is on this forum, you just have to look for it.
Also, there are a lot of screens. Do I really have to find them and link them to you, or can you find them yourselve?

No there are no Mayans.
That was just a mistake from the guy that did the Totalwar website, that CA didn't even notice until quite recently.
But if you go there now you will see that it is not there anymore.
And in a few days you will be able to see the aztecs in the new demo

Anyone knows how many provinces there will be in America? I hope it will be many so it's like a mini-campaign out there

On the screenshots it doesnt seem more than 3-4.
But according to a file we found in the demo its 8.
That doesn't need to be right.
