Shouldn't we have this thread stickied? It seems like the only proper overview of what EB2 is really about.

Re: [Mod Overview] Unofficial Mod Overview for EB 2.01
Im playing as Aeduii. After conquering the nerby regions I have only two government option: Aedui Allied tribe and Military occupation. The first ofers only regional troops (the Celtiberian ones which is weird in the middle of Gaul). The other offers no recruitment. Do I have to wait for my town to become Large town and have some native government sytem?

Re: [Mod Overview] Unofficial Mod Overview for EB 2.01
Each faction has 2 government trees, Local alliance and Faction government. Governments must be upgraded to reach higher/better levels. You can view these in the building browser. It's at the bottom of the settlement screen, a circle button with a picture of a house. Its important to read their description to decide what is best for your tribe.
All Faction governments start with Military occupation, then branch out to much better governments that are unique for each faction. So for the Aedui:
Military occupation
THEN
Protectorate OR Confederation
All Local alliances are the same for every faction
Allied state
THEN
Allied Oligarchic state OR Allied Democratic state
I hope this is clear, Good Luck Orphydian.

Re: [Mod Overview] Unofficial Mod Overview for EB 2.01
yup its clear now. Thanks! Ive postponed the government establishment for several turns but now my Campaign is going well. Ive brought all the Gaul under my command.
Does Confederation offers the same/higher/lower level of economic development as the Protectorate if it doesnt offeres recruitment possibilities. What about the other governement tree of Local Alliance?
