    Default How to open .bin files?

    I've been trying to get into the groupformations.bin file but not having any luck. Does anyone know how or if it's even possible? I'm not very techy, but I could figure it out if someone points me in the right direction. Thanks.

    edit: can someone please confirm that this is not poosible yet, it is in regard to my sanity.
