Whenever I start a new campaign, I click on start campaign with my faction of choice, the intro movie plays and when the loading is a about done the game crashes saying an unexpected error has occured. What can I do?

1) What Windows do you have?
2) What mod/submod are we talking about here?
3) Is your M2TW a Steam or non Steam version?
4) Have you downloaded and installed TATW 3.0 both parts and TATW 3.2 Patch?

Download this cleaner.bat file and put it into your main Third_Age_3 folder ( folder where DaC is installed). Run this Cleaner.file as an Administrator ( right mouse click on it and Run as an Administrator).
If that does not work, then, re install using these instructions ( post #2): http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...1#post12777400

okay so i'm a bit of a noob at stuff like this
i downloaded the file above is it odd that all that popped up was a some stuff on notepad?

Hi everybody
I have the same problem as zaidoffire. I am trying to play the submode MOS, 1.6.2. My system is windows 7. I have already installed third age total war 3.0 and 3.2, and i have also installed MOS 1.5, 1.6 and then upgraded to 1.6.2.
As I have said, the problem is the same. I chose one randome country to play with, I start the campaign and when it is about to end loading, the game crashes.
I have download and opneded cleaner as administrator, but it didnīt help.
I have tried many ways to fix this problem, all of them didnt work. Need some help here, please
