Fix problems, after personal modding try's

Hello, i start this thread for that reason: I try to change one region of campaign map (TATW-vanilla), harmed text files: export_descr_buildings; descr_regions; imperial_campaign_regions_and_sttlement_names; descr_strat. Really problems are two: 1st. i didn't make backup copies, 2nd between this text files have specific relation. Now i try to restore that relation without re-install because i make some changes in gameplay. Also i see some very strange:
