Yes I know there is a lot of threads about this and people r usually told to read the FAQs, I have and I cannot find the answer to my problem

after the Marian reforms when I repair my Castra Armamentarivmqve it does not repair, then next turn it will be there again staying it still needs repaired at a cost of 10,000

this is has resulted in me only having a small number of infantry troops and no cavalry but I do have the Stone Projectors....

has as anyone encounter this problem b4?

The Marian Reform does result in a reduction of your recruiting options - it's a move to full standardisation of the legions and relying solely on auxiliaries for everything else.

should it leave me without cavalry and unable to repair my MIC To the highest grade?

You're supposed to destroy the old (damaged) barracks and use the Marian ones. You will still be able to recruit cavalry from regional barracks in Liguria, Cantabria, and most of Greece, Gaul, and North Africa. Also, if you upgrade your Marian barracks in Gaul, Germania, Hispania, and Thracia, you'll get very decent light/medium cavalry auxiliaries. Equites Gallorum are better than most pre-Marian cavalry units, anyway.
