Please someone help me, with install.

Im sorry if this thread is a spam in wrong place but i need some attention to help me with installing this wonderfull mod.

This is how i did the install
1) medieval 2 gold edition + kingdoms installed all 5 campagnes
2) I installed ss6.3 + patch (2mb)
3) I checked that this install worked , and quited after 5 turns of grand campagne to get ss6.4
4) install 6.4 , 150mb . After it competed i tryed to manage scripts in ss.settup but after selecting , it droped an error "could't temporarly create a file". Clicked on 6.4 desktop shortcut it went to title screen and with glimps of a second i saw title "Stainless steel 6.4" but it quited momenteraly, no error messages.

Thank you& help me.

Also i have to go for an 1h , so i won't be able to reply and mods please keep this thread open till i manage to defeat this problem .

Please someone respond with any kind of a knowledge on install tutoriall. I wan't to know how i installed 6.4 wrong.
I beg for information and sollution.

Also my stainless steel instalaion is in mods folder with all the kingdoms campagnes, british_isles,crusades,americas ,teutonics.
Any help is much welcome .

''Error while trying to create a temporarly file'' this pops out in SS_Setup while accepting early/late campagne and script changes.

Im sorry for posting so much in my own thread but to add some more light on my install
MY UAC installing ss6.3+6.4 was on as i didn't had problems with it .

Again 6.3 runned perfect but my problem lays in the install of 6.4

So i decided to reinstall ME2+kingdoms+ss6.3+6.4, meanwhile i hope someone will check this thread and suggest me where my problem lays.

Try running the setup as "administrator" thats what I had to do for my instal when I kept getting that error.

You also do not need to install Kingdoms Campaigns, it is explained in this FAQ thread http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...s-Steel-F-A-Q!
