Every time I try to open Part 1 Part 2 and patch 3.2 I get an error message saying "Can not open file" I'm not good with this stuff so I am probably doing something wrong but can anyone help me out here?

What browser did you use to download these files? Internet Explorer perhaps?

You can either re download using Mozzila Firefox, or, try this "Let me Fix it myself" method: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2688326
Make a Registry Backup before trying this method.
