Graphical glitches after reinstalling RTW

Hi,

I uninstalled RTW a while ago, but I chose to reinstall it now. I've done this quite a few times in the past. But this time, when I play the game (starting from the Activision intro) green squares appear here and there on the screen and corrupt the game's graphics.

I've tried reinstalling, downloading patches, but it didn't work.

This is very strange, because I had no such problems in the MTW2 demo...

What should I do to fix it? Thanks.

Try setting your desktop resolution to the same as the game.

You're a genius! I changed the resolution of the game from 1024x768x16 to 1024x768x32 and it worked. I should have thought of that. Thanks!
