Weird problem
Ok this is something really weird as i titled this thread. The matter is next, when i start Third age or any MW 2 (kingdoms, submode divide and conquer for TA) its appear this: "This application is not compatible with the installed operating system.Please upgrade to Windows 98SE, Windows 2000 or better."
By the way i have windows 8 and MW 2 gold and play it until yesterday without a problem for months
Please help someone if can

Steam version perhaps? M2TW installed in either Program Files or Program Files(x86) folder?
I would suggest to install/move your whole M2TW folder anywhere else, just not in your Program Files or Program Files(x86) folder.
That should fix your issue.

I reinstall and install no in Program files and it is the same againand i dont have the steam MW 2

a) Run your game as an Administrator ( right mouse click and Run As an Administrator).
b) If that does not work, then run M2TW and TATW launcher in compatibility mode for Windows 7 operating system.
c) If that does not work, go here and follow this method to disable your User Account Control: Disable the Windows 8 UAC with a Registry Tweak
d) If that does not work, run Windows Updates and try again.
e) If that does not work, then try to do these three steps located here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
1) Perform a Clean Boot
2) What is next when I have a clean boot environment? ( If your M2TW works after you had performed a Clean Boot, then your issue is solved, if it does not work, then reinstall, and, after reinstallation, apply this step bellow: How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting).

Fix with clean reboot and thanks a lot but i can start it now because when it start to loading screen it dont load to the end but immediately ctd. What to do in this matter? I install patch 2 and hotfix to patch 2 but it ctd as i say, and bat file cant download

What mod/submod are we talking about here: vanilla TATW 3.2, or some submod for it?
