Default The Battle of Teutoburg Forest - Historic Battle Guide

Hi everyone, after taking a break from Rome II for a week or two, I decided to jump back in with a historical battle. A fan asked me to do this battle and so I have! Turns out it was quite easy, but as usual I give you a little history about the battle itself and show you where CA have differed in presentation. Ontop of that, I show you how to win the battle on legendary, in a decent way.

    Enjoy!

This battle is always difficult for me. I've never been able to save one eagle. I will try to follow your guide, someday I will save the eagles... featherless.

I was sure you are one of the few who can save three eagles in Teutoburg legendary mode, but it has been epic to see your demonstration.

I enjoyed your battle, thanks very much!

The most certain test by which we judge whether a country is really free is the amount of security enjoyed by minorities.~John Acton, [1877].

"...the moral test of government is how that government treats those who are in the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the elderly; those who are in the shadows of life; the sick, the needy and the handicapped. " ~ Hubert H. Humphrey

DarrenTotalWar - realy nice video - historical explanation at the beginning gave me some new insight - and the battle itself is kind boring like you self mentioned - but still its good explained how you can win this scenario on legendary.

    Thanks and +Rep....
