Default Dragonstone, seat of Renly Baratheon

Dragonstone, once belonging to the crown prince, was granted to Renly Baratheon by his brother upon it's capture by rebel forces.

You enter the keep, and are challenged by the guards, upon allowing you entry, they usher you through the halls to a spacious chamber, where after a brief wait, you are allowed to see the lord of the halls, Renly Baratheon.

All else is WiP for now

A bald, muscled man enters your hall. He looks like he is fresh off the boat. As he approaches you he bows and you get a closer look at him.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

The man is not particularly handsome. He begins "Greetings Lord Renly, it does me the pleasure to introduce myself as Ser Othell of Faircastle. What I am about to say must remain secret. I ask you my lord, is there any man in this hall whom you would not trust with your life?"

Renly smiles at the knight, "I would be fool to trust most of the men here fully with my life, asking me if I trust them with my secrets is another thing entirely. If that will suffice, then speak on, else I can take you to my solar where we can be assured that no ears will hear us speak."

"Then I must ask for a private audience my lord, these matters must not be heard."

"Very well, then follow me right this way, we can speak in private if you deem it necessary, follow me." The young lord rises and beckons for the knight to follow him. The pair walks into a solar designed for recieving private visitors. "Is this private enough for you Ser? If so, speak your piece."

"Yes, thank you my lord." Ser Othell takes a seat "I've come to speak to you about the Targaryens, as you know some escaped. King Robert and Lord Lucion have sent men to remove their heads, alas I was absent from the capital by the time they had left. I wish to join the hunt, my lord has commanded me to help my Lord Lannister with this task, the Targaryens will be guarded well and we need every man we can get if we are to take them down. I have had very little time to spare, each day the trail grows colder which is why I came here to the last known location of the Targaryens. I was wondering if you had any information on the whereabouts of the Targaryens or which ones remain alive? It would also make joining the hunters a lot easier if I knew who was sent after the children and where they have gone. I'm sorry to probe you for information so suddenly but as I mentioned time is of the essence."

"You said you were from Faircastle? A Westerlands castle, unless my memory fails me, which I know that it does not. This being the case, why do you not go to your lord Lannister yourself and ask him? What could have led you to my castle, instead of going to your own lord Paramount?"

OOC: This is set a couple of months ago not long after the hunt first started

IC: "My Lord Lannister is absent from his castle so it would've been pointless to stop at Casterly Rock on my way here and this is not the type of information one sends via raven. The Targaryens may still be near which is why I have not been to King's Landing. If I had the time to go to King's Landing first before sailing here I would have but alas time is of the essence and as I said each day the trail grows colder. What lead me here was the fact that this was the lost known location of the Targaryens."

OOC: A few months ago Estermont men were besieging the castle and for a few months after that Renly wasn't in Storm's End and it was held by a garrison.
"We all know whatmy brother would do. Robert would gallop up to the gates of Winterfell alone, break them with his warhammer, and ride through the rubble to slay Roose Bolton with his left hand and the Bastard with his right. I am not Robert. But we will march, and we will free Winterfell … or die in the attempt."

"My guards informed me that a small party had passed through the castle looking for the fugitives, but I know nothing beyond that."

"That is a shame then. I fear that does not help me much but I thank you for your time Lord Renly."

OOC: There is a chance that you could do some RP involving the guards, then ask for a roll to see how much you learn from them.

OOC: I was thinking of doing that but I'll have to wait for The Hound and possibly the Targaryens to get more far ahead before I should continue.
