    The mines the Gohma can build seem too weak: +50 gold/turn for 2000 gold? That means they take 40 turns to pay for themselves.

    Scatter is a touch too high on the Acid-spraying gohma's attack, my first squad roasted one of its own members.

    I suggest decreasing the ammo on the Armogohma down to 10 or so. Limiting the ammo on their beam will forces them to go into melee combat more.

    I think the mines are bad because of the resource rather than the faction. IIRC it's all coal, which isn't that valuable.
